I miss waking up to the sun on my back, I think I would enjoy the rain more if I didn't have to go to school, and I could just lie in my bed all day reading my penguin books.
Rain rain go away, come again another day.

some things don't stick

I'm sick of beinf forced to learn things I don't care about and that I know I will never use again in my life. I'm so sick of sitting through classes listening to things that make absolutaly not sense to me, and never will. There are some things I just don't understand and I accept that my brain is just not clever enough to ever understand these things, so if you would please stop shoving it at me that would be great, thankyou maths teacher.

what scares me

There's not a lot of things that scare me to the point of curling in a ball to take deep breaths; scary movies hardly affect me at all anymore apart from a momentary excitement. But one thing that scares me the most, like to forcing me to my knees scares me, is open water with nothing on the horizon. Just doesn't sit well on my stomach. I'm not really sure what it is about it, but I do know I could never go deep sea fishing.

Oh and one more irrational fear that makes me cringe into a corner is geese. Not really sure what it is about them but they creep. me. out.

And feet. I don't know they're just weird.

I think a lot of people feel the same way I do, it's just nobody ever says exactly what they're feeling, how they're thinking; because either they don't want people to look at them differently or they just don't know how to say it.

8 more weeks

I'm hoping this term goes as fast as this year has so far. I don't know how I'm going to get back into the routine of school, but I guess it's the same for the beginning of every term. There is really nothing to look forward to this term though(apart from the end of it), no assessments that I'm excited for or spectacular events. I guess I just have to work through it and try not to stress out.

school

It's been about six weeks since I've been at school (due to being sick and then holidays) and funnily enough I am not looking forward to going back; in fact instead of just being pissed off that my time off is over, I'm just extremely nervous. I'm going to have to catch up on weeks of work and gossip that I've missed, which is going to make school even worse than it was before I took my long break, to be honest I am freaking out just thinking about it. But looking at it from the glass half full perspective, there is only one short term left until I am in year eleven and on the down stretch to the end of school. I can't wait to call my self a senior, to have a blazer and wear a white shirt (which don't show sweat patches which is a bonus!). Most of all I just want to be out of those grades where everybody hates you because they think you're immature. I hate it how at school you're put into categories, everybody is the same and it's so hard to be your own person and get noticed for it.

Anyway I just realised I'm rambling, so I hope you've had a wonderful holiday and I wish you a happy first day of school!

work update

I love my job but by the end of the say I swear my feet are going to fall off. I only get to sit down for half an hour in my six and a half hour shift and it really takes a toll on my poor little feet. On top of that I am desperately trying to impress my co-workers because I think some of them think I'm stupid or something, because they keep talking to me like I'm a child and it's really getting on my nerves.

On a good note, I haven't dropped or spilt anything, so that embarrassment has been avoided so far, the only thing that sucks is I'm the youngest there and I'm new, so no one talks to me very much. It gets a little lonely when my only friend isn't there.
